Our talks and workshops provide you with practical approaches and valuable impetus for your own individual development. The workshops are held in German.

The Writing Centre offers a varied workshop programme on all matters concerning academic writing. You can learn relaxation methods such as autogenic training, progressive muscle relaxation and mindfulness-based stress reduction in the courses offered by the Association for Student Affairs. The courses offered by the Office of Career Service prepare you for your transition to professional life.
